Surfside is excited to have construction underway for our new facility. The rough timeline of the construction process is as follows. Grading, trenching, and utility lines for the new parking lot and buildings will continue throughout the year. The parking lot should be ready to use in a few months while the buildings will start to go up in the spring of 2025. At this time, it appears that construction will be complete in the fall of 2026. For now, our temporary basketball courts should be in just within the next two weeks, just in time for basketball season so the team can practice.
